WELCOME
AMERICAN MEDICAL REVENUE, LLC (“AMR” or the “Company”) was established to provide unique products and services for specific underserved segments of the massive multi-trillion dollar global HealthCare Industry, 50% of which is consumed in the United States. The HealthCare Industry has made tremendous technological advances in the medical arena; however, the administrative and financial sectors continue to struggle. This dichotomy breeds costly inefficiencies resulting in cash flow problems, legal and regulatory compliance concerns and unnecessary expense. To serve our clients, the Company structured five unique business units that offer an array of products and services that will cover the full spectrum of HealthCare Providers from individual physicians and small clinics to the largest chain of hospitals worldwide. AMR’s mission statement is also its registered trademark,
"SAVING INSTITUTIONS THAT SAVE LIVES®.”
The Company is neither a traditional financial institution nor a bank. However, it deals exclusively within
all business sectors of the HealthCare Industry. AMR follows a policy of maximum risk avoidance at all levels, from the design and marketing of each product or service. This policy includes the management of a sophisticated, fully secured, interactive, stealth, global infrastructure. AMR management takes a very conservative position by structuring operations to avoid entire categories of potential legal and financial exposure. Further, we minimize and carefully manage any legal, financial or other business category. Therefore, the Company is in a unique position to structure programs that best suit the challenges facing all Health Care Providers today. And, it is essential for us to maximize our balanced
client
offerings with our internal goals and objectives.
What We Offer - What We Do
- Cash Management – AMR’s initial business unit addresses Third Party Payers’ excessive delays in the reimbursement of accounts receivable contracts due HealthCare Providers for products and services provided. It permits them to have immediate access to previously unavailable funds. A secondary offering of convenience for HealthCare Providers relates to qualified, Self-Pay, non-insurance related accounts receivable that also affords access to funds previously unavailable.
- Information Technology – A direct marketing channel for Information Technology (“IT”) and medical related hardware, software and an array of other professional services for HealthCare Providers.
- Leasing – A competitive “true lease” program for medical, administrative and IT equipment, software, training and long-term service agreements for HealthCare Providers.
- Data Center – A cost effective Data Center utilizing hybrid Secure Private Cloud and Public Cloud Internet technology. HealthCare Providers can reduce IT costs by moving many of their requirements to the AMR Cloud System. The Data Center will provide storage, software applications, plus vector image model libraries and analysis. Software Encrypted Private Networks can be instantly created to safely move medical records and financial information throughout the world. Major software applications include:
- A Cloud Based Vector Medical Imaging service (for X-Ray, CT Scanning, etc.) to aid diagnostics and treatment.
- Financial Management.
- Security Management. Stored data protection plus Encrypted data tunnels will greatly enhance HealthCare Providers privacy compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). [If you can’t see it, you can’t hack it!] NOW, does Electronic Medical Records (“EMR”) sound more attractive?
- Bankruptcy Avoidance and/or Assistance – The Company’s Bankruptcy Counsel will manage the client’s legal representation. AMR turnaround specialists will consult with HealthCare Providers in, or planning to enter, Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. During the Bankruptcy process, the Company may provide Bankruptcy Court approved, highly collateralized and personally guaranteed, Debtor-in-Possession (“DIP”) financing in support of the Turnaround effort and in the preparation of a Plan of Reorganization.
